How to return a product

1. Ask for a withdrawal form from our Customer Care service by writing to info@loomloom.it

2. The Customer Care service will send you a confirmation e-mail with RMA to be indicated on the withdrawal form.

3. Place the duly completed withdrawal form in the package together with the product/s to return and send the it to:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions: the articles must be intact and in perfect condition, in the original packaging with all the labels and tags still attached (we suggest you try the article without removing the tag). Returns will not be accepted if they are not in the same condition as when they were received. The product must not have been used, washed or damaged.

Shipping costs are at your expense and all returns are under your responsibility until the package has been received by our warehouse. Please make sure that you have a shipping code and that you keep a copy of the shipping note.

It is important that your shipment is covered by adequate insurance in the event of loss. Loom S.r.l. will not in any way be held responsible for uninsured shipments.

REFUND

The return will be processed within ten working day of delivery to our warehouse.

All articles will be refunded by the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card) or by bank transfer, net of any taxes or import duties, as promptly as possible and in any case, within fourteen days of delivery of the package to our warehouse.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN

In the event, you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, please contact our Customer Care service to request an authorisation code and a return form, enclosing a photo as proof.

You can do so by writing to info@loomloom.it.

The Customer Care service will send you a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment and indications for the replacement or refund of the purchased article. If you have any doubts or questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch via contact form.
